Adventures in Planting

An early blip today.

My day started out with a trip to Menards. I don't particularly love this store (Home Depot is a much better alternative), but they have my future kitchen cabinets and a bright lime green pot that I love. As previously stated in older blips, I am no green thumb, but in my weekend adventures I came across a Darrow Blackberry plant. My husband loves blackberries so I decided to give it a go. You may be wondering why I planted blackberries in a pot? Well, I currently live in an apartment so I don't really have any other options than to grow my baby blackberry and strawberry plants in a pot. Hopefully by the time the plants start to outgrow their pots I will be moving into my first house...
