New Years Day 2013

Went on our traditional New Years Day walk. This time from Thurlstone to Salcombe along the coastal path. Unfortunately the section from Thurlstone Sands to Hope Cove was closed. This needed a longer detour than we planned. This photo was taken at Soar Mill Cove where one or two of these hardy souls were preparing to go for a swim. Judging from the yells that reached us the water was cold!
