Ne'erday welcomed

This bird - cormorant? Shag? Makes me think of the ballad of Shannon Isle - was spreading its wings towards the setting sun as we walked along the coast road at Toward on our first decent walk in weeks. It's moments like this that make me realise how much I value living where I do.

And it didn't rain on us at all!
