Outside

I was very tempted to have a lie in today, slob about, make dinner for late afternoon, then head to work at 7.30pm.

Instead, I was up earlyish, got our meal ready for lunchtime and then we were ready for a bracing walk through the woods.
Home now, in time for the end of "The Wizard of Oz", a snack and then off to work later.

I feel the benefit of the fresh air!
