China Doll Dahlia

    When I was young I was intrigued by the "dinner-plate" dahlias that my mother grew for a couple of years. They grew taller than me and the blossoms were huge! 
    So, after all these years, I am fortunate to be living in a place in the world where dahlias grow easily. I have been growing dahlias now for about 5 years. I have a couple dinner-plate sized and some moderate and small sized blossoming dahlias in my yard and garden. So many dahlia forms, colors, and sizes to choose from.  
    The China Doll is one of my favorite dahlias.
