Old Father Time

Big Ben #1. New Year Parade's end at Parliament Square. Today I woke late and decided to stroll round to Westminster and catch the end of the parade. I chose this snap for the close of 2013 as it catches the departure of the Olympic volunteers in their last official event.
I followed the parade up Whitehall and then went through HorseGuards into St James'. I crossed the blue bridge and then came back home via Victoria Station (and a cheeky drink - my New Year resolutions do not begin until the 8th!).
