Christmas Eve supper

Wonderful day with the family, with David arriving from the USA in the morning. Joint working party on vegetables and prep for Christmas: even doing this with the family and a few drinks was fun this time. The In laws arrived at teatime, and for the first time, I cooked a whole salmon. It was a beautiful fish, with the myriad colours in its scales; I thought I'd blip it nestling in the foil, somehow the juxtaposition of the fish with the metallic appealed to my eye. And yes, it was delicious!
