Light crumpet breakfast, Highgate cemetery wander and tour, Meze lunch, hugged Alison goodbye for her train, ladies pond double lap, back for our last evening on the balcony.

Things I’ve learnt. I would like an above ground internment, preferably in a big fancy building. Karl Marx had a great big beard. Meze is still fabulous. Swimming in a dirty pond is one of the loveliest things I have ever done. I totally love my friends.

Although less so when Hannah said we had to go to bed because there was no wine left. It was only when we were many steps into the bedtime process when I discovered a whole bottle of wine still in the fridge. It was too late to go back. Annoying.

Otherwise though. Totally brilliant. Highgate extras, not brilliant, do feel free to ignore them.
