Marsh Helleborine

This afternoon we went to Sweeney Fen, a small nature reserve near Oswestry. It's wetland with grasses and flowers including marsh helleborines, a type of wetland orchid. There were lots of insects around including biting ones!

The extra is one that I liked of the grasses and Meadowsweet blowing in the wind.
