Party with Pops

I had a lovely yoga practice outside in Central Park this morning. The rain stayed away and the sun warmed my face. Beautiful surroundings, relaxing session, so grateful that I have this opportunity.

This afternoon my mum and dad came round for a birthday afternoon tea. A few days early but that didn’t stop them sharing a cake and blowing out the candles together.
