Yup, another day that the beaches were close due to stormy winds and waves.

I walked to the beach in the morning. Went knee high and waited for the waves to be high and dipped in during. I could feel the current back to the open ocean was really scary strong even so close to the sand. Really scary. Ocean is a force.

Rest of the day I have spent having a headache. Drinking as much as I can. Taking medicines that have not had an effect. I took a short nap. Have watched tv. Have read my book. I just hope this is over with the night. I feel exhausted and sweaty. One of those days that the heat really gets me.
