Street Market

We went in for coffee at Nero this morning. This ran into lunchtime so we crossed the road to Pret for a bite to eat 

After lunch, and papers, we took a walk down Bridge Street towards the river. The Sunday market that used to be on Waterside has now moved to Bridge Street, closing the road to traffic.  It was very busy, residents and tourists, the Vegan stall seemed to be doing well.

The river was a hive of  activity of boats and swans. We sat by the ferry for a while watching the world go by.  On the Den they were preparing for an outdoor rendition of 12th Night on the temporary stage that appears every summer. People were selecting their spots, setting up blankets, chairs and picnics. Excellent free entertainment for a Sunday afternoon. 

The extra is a proud mum with her three babes, growing up quite quickly.
