Opening up to the sun

Just before leaving for Glasgow this morning I went out into the garden hoping to find a blip for today. 

We have a fair number of red corn poppies but only one peach coloured. These small flowers look so fragile as their heads, at the end of the very bendy, slender stems, are blown to and fro.

A visit to the dentist tomorrow and then it's back to Elie  for a week with NO dogs ..... one was fine but two was just one too many!
