Boxing Day Fluffies...

Our friends Emma & Murray gave us a cookbook for christmas. We already have the first 2 Leon books and as soon as I flicked through this I knew that it was their best yet. Totally suited to the way we cook, the way we entertain. It is going to be a huge favourite in our house.

I know this because yesterday (when we got it) we cooked the sausages from it and this morning I decided to whip up (quite literally) their recipe for fluffy eggs for breakfast. They were amazing. Even the kids wolfed them down - although having only eaten chocolate coins and 1/2 a fishfinger the day before I am not suprised.

A great start to a lovely boxing day at the Cornybums (that's Bry's Mum and Dad in case you didn't know), they were amazing hosts and I promised I'd make them fluffy eggs mark II for brekkie on the 27th and then they let me sleep until 9.30am and I missed my chance.

Feel a bit guilty, but that long lie was delicious....so thank you K & P and fluffy eggs are promised at the next sleepover! x
