Afternoon

I was invited along to Shepherds Dene to Liz's retreat. I stayed for a couple of hours and enjoyed a Sound bath and a vegan supper before driving home and leaving them all to it. So good to catch up with a lot of old friends that I've not seen for quite some time.

It was my Mothers birthday which began with the Dr checking her over and prescribing antibiotics. Get well soon Momma, not the happiest of birthdays but Happy birthday anyway xx
