I remember Apollo

It's important to remember that the Scottish Space Programme, heroic though it was, was always in the shadow of Apollo.  Apollo was the highest achievement of western civilisation, and I am very afraid it will remain the highest achievement.

I was six and a half when I watched the Eagle land on the Moon.  It is something I will never forget.
