Our first day of meetings went very well indeed, in fact we finished ahead of plan so attempted to get an earlier flight to Richmond for subsequent meetings. Not only was that flight full but our scheduled flight was delayed and we ended up waiting 11 hours at Dallas airport! The good news is that we were in the newly opened lounge which was very good :-)
