One from the road

We left the Gardens (our street) at 2pm today.
So glad we managed packing things on time and making sure our beloved pets left behind (Coco the cat and Sasha the Russian dwarf hamster) are cared for with handful of kind neighbours and friends taking over looking after them when we are gone on 4-5 weeks of break we have engaged :-)
Plants are looked after too!

We had a good journey to Channel Tunnel and managed on an early train.
Meaning we could be early evening in Brussels for a night sleep.

Enjoyed my beer or two, had a hot bath and charcoal mask wee before midnight, now trying to get to sleep as we have an early morning start.
