Edinburgh Film Festival 1989

This is another of the posters of past EIFFs on show at the Filmhouse - it just took my fancy. I blipped the poster of the first EIFF on 15thJune.

Today I saw "Late Night" starring Emma Thomson and Mindy Kaling who wrote the film. It was a well-made film, probably not in my list of all-time favourites, but it was a good way to pass a wet afternoon.
