And doggy ice cream

Spent a really lovely day in the company of Marian (marpaul) We arrived at her house and sent Gordon off for a bike ride, happily cycling on the level, rather than having to cope with hills as he does round here. Then Marian and I took the two dogs - Misty plus guest Leah - for a walk. It was a place I had never been to before and was a lovely grassy track bordered with wildflowers. Then it rained and we all got quite wet - see extra for two wet dogs. 

We returned to the house and wandered Marian's wonderful garden, well it's more than a garden it's an estate. And amazingly I got a photo of Marian plus dogs (she hates having photos taken as much as I do, but I think this is a lovely shot of all of them). 

Gordon arrived back and we all went out for lunch at a leisure centre type place which is just being developed in Bowness-on-Solway, in fact the owner got us to look at the gym and the fabulous apartments and asked what we thought of them. And that's where doggy ice creams were purchased. The two dogs loved them.
