New day

In the whee small ours of this morning, when the fireworks and revellers had finished and gone home, I started to feel better.

So this morning when I woke to a wonderful clear morning it was all guns blazing....if a little too early for my lungs to cope with......

A new day....a new year....time for getting on it again....push it to the max....oh yes..I can feel it now....bring it on!
