The heart of a sunflower

Back to early morning and evening walks again with the heatwave creeping up on us. We're going to reach 30C today and then it's up, up, up! Two big outings planned for the beginning of next week. I shall be wearing my biggest straw hat and carrying cooled bottles of water in my backpack!
