My sister and me

Not great news yesterday, the cancer on the lung has grown quite considerably and chemotherapy is not an option. Radiotherapy has been offered and Maggie has agreed to it but it’s something she really didn’t want to have but after seeing the scan results and the rapid growth she has changed her mind . A very sad day with such mixed emotions for me , I can’t imagine my sisters emotions and how frightened she must be . She will have a scan in a couple of weeks and set a date for the radiotherapy to begin , it has to be every day for two and a half weeks so I guess we are all in for a tough roller coaster ride together. Thank you lovely blippers for all the kind words yesterday, you are a great family to be part of .
