Feeling so proud!

They say ‘pride comes before a fall’ but I don’t care! Our grandson leaves junior school tomorrow and starts at High School in September. Where have the years gone. He is a super, caring, funny and gentle lad. This was recognised by the school yesterday at their year end assembly when he was presented with this trophy for “sportsmanship”. He was commended for being someone who ‘exudes a sporting attitude across all areas of learning as well as any sports or competitive event. He is always considerate and endeavors to ensure everybody is included. Within sport he is supportive and shows the utmost respect for his teammates and the opposition regardless of the result’. His year also did a very funny play and he was grandad and apparently did a brilliant job of his role. Just like his daddy! Proud Nanny and Papa!
