Boy, I hate to do this, and I've never done anything like this before, but I was so moved by a quote I read on my fellow blipper LocalFoodLover's page, that I absolutely must share the quote here.

This moment, this time, this place -- it's what you have. No more and no less. You're not guaranteed the future, and the past is behind you.

These words originally appeared on Icelandic blipper Now is all you have's "about" section. These simple words ring so true for me.
