Been a few episodes around here lately , the latest one has DawGal administering this monster a couple of times a day to treat this wound
Holy something or other one might say. That is one oversized needle, the close up may distort it but it's a monster in not close up too.

It's for flushing out the wound fluid from the hole in her leg with saline solution.
