Chilling on the river
Ah, New Years Day - one the the most relaxing days of the year (once the clearing up is done of course).
This afternoon meant catching up on some sleep was required, so retreated to the hammocks for a bit of shut-eye in the shade.
Once the sun got a bit lower in the sky and the light was golden on the river, I decided to hop the fence once more, but this time with the Nikon, tripod and some shoes suitable for wading out to the middle of the stream. I located a nice sturdy, dry rock to perch my backside on and got low for this shot.
You can almost hear the burble of the water. Lush.
Happy New Year fellow blippers...
