Mr Mundell had the flags up here the day he was interviewed on taking the keys.

No longer the Scottish Office, speaking for us at Westminster, but The UK Goverment in Scotland, Westminster speaking to us. For reasons many pider over, much bigger and much more costly now than it was before powers were devolved 20 years ago. And now named for the Queen - not a neutral, inclusive choice, really.
