ATHENS DAY 3

After a tasty breakfast...thanks Rev we got a taxi to ....
#Lake Vouliagmeni.....a small brackish-water lake fed by underground currents seeping through the mass of Mount Hymettus. It functions as a year-round spa due to constant temperature.
We thought it was about 30-40 min drive and would cost €30 so we’re pleasantly surprised when it was 15 mins away and cost €10!!!
We hadn’t been there long before Thanos....the groom arrived.
#guess who got the first hug!!!!
We had a lovely time chatting all about the plans for his wedding on Friday it’s going to be a big affair with well over 200 people.
It’s up a mountain, over looking the sea at sunset....a touch of Mama Mia....as long as The Rev doesn’t claim to be her father!!!!
After gift giving...so kind and #a group photo we headed back to the lake edge. The Rev and I went for a swim.... #I stayed in longer for a free fish spa!!!
We eventually left about 6 for a quick turn around and a meal out....we ordered far too much and now we are all struggling to move!!!!!!
