Fireworks

... and bonfire when celebrating the arrival of the New Year.

The rescue team Súlur is in charge of the fireworks show here in Akureyri on New Year's Eve. People get together at the bonfire to watch the show. Then just before midnight each family light some fireworks outside their home and that makes a great show too.
