At the Petting Zoo

Today we all went to Bonnie Springs to the old west style town for families. They have a petting zoo and this is Bailey and one of the free walking sheep that inhabit the petting zoo. Bailey had a great time. It was really cold so as soon as we could, Arvin, Debby and I headed to the warm restaurant for hot chocolate. Soon the rest of the gang joined us and we all had potato skins to tide us over until dinner. It is Arvin's 84th birthday today so we are doing things he likes to do. I found the animal zoo a bit depressing as the animals did not have much space to roam in. There were quite a few in small cages including a beautiful plush Canada Lynx. Arvin did get to see a big raven who inhabited another of the cages.
