This little one stared at me for so long that I figured I had better make it my blip today.  What a gorgeous colour and what beautiful big eyes!  I think this is an Ebony Jewelwing Damselfly?

We are in the beginnings of a heatwave. Ah that summer feeling...high humidity and some wicked thunderstorms.
