Yes! My new Clock has arrived, it's the little things that matter. Why a clock, you may ask?
I've had trouble sleeping and insomnia isn't nice. With a mobile phone beside my bed (maybe on charge) I don't feel comfortable. I've had clocks before but my ears easily tune in to the faintest of electric hums but I've been told this one is silent. There's only a few settings on it so it really is basic. The numbers dull down at night and there is even a setting to turn them off but you have to clap to light them back up. Not sure Mrs G would appreciate clapping at early doors just so I could see the time.
What advice would you give someone who suffers from insomnia?
