My good deed, done

This afternoon I went to the blood donor centre in Edegem to donate a pint of my blood. The staff in the centre is amazing and within half an hour, I had the doctor’s check and donated blood. As it is summer the centre actually offered every donor an ice cream (or fresh fruit, if you wanted the healthy option).
