Cycle Clamping

Sitting enjoying a cup of coffee, Security at More London clamped a cyclist who propped his bike against a tree. It’s the first time I have seen this.

When he returned he then had a 15 min wait to get the bike unlocked. Apart from the inconvenience he did not have to pay anything.

Perhaps this will become more common place as cycling numbers increase.
