Blowing away 2012

A lady at work told me there was a thing on in the local sports park for New Years Eve, so I roped my wonderful sister-in-law into coming with me and taking my wee man.

It was wonderful, there was music, dancing, food.. a "kids' midnight" at 8:30 which was such a fantastic idea. They did a count down and let off massive party poppers, confetti and bubbles - so easy to take wee ones home after that and not have them feel they've missed out.

We stayed til' the end though, to watch the fireworks display!
