BRIGHT EYES

This baby and its mum didn't seem to see me at all while I was out walking. I stood perfectly still while they came towards me along the path, and finally I whispered to them because I didn't want to give them both heart attacks by moving suddenly. They looked a bit startled but hopped away in a fairly orderly manner!

It looks as though I used flash, but I didn't. It was very dappled strong sunlight, which may be why they didn't see me.
