Just today

A lovely Day Lily in the garden today.

Went to the gym for the first time in my life. A great pool nice and quiet. Funny I saw someone there who I knew from work, but didn't recognise her because I took my glasses off. Ruddy cataracts don’t help. She said hi as did I but that didn't help. She saw C in changing room and said she knew me. How embarrassing being blind as a bat. Her name was Janet N. I think she got the push eventually.

Also sat in the sauna for a while !

There was a funny incident which I won't go into tonight but needless to say I almost drowned myself....

Shoulder aching in a good way I hope.
