Biking the UK ?

Today I went to Whitley Bay hunting in all the Charity shops for walking boots but no luck.

In one I saw  a guy covered from head to toe in tattoos.
When I came outside I saw this bike tied to a tree.
I blipped it.I
It possibly belonged to him.I wish I had waited around to ask.

Quite a few come over from Amsterdam on the ferry but I haven't seen one like this.
It's been a fabulous sunny day.Ideal for walking without getting soaked.
