Day 155 - New Years Eve

Can't believe its new years eve tonight! Wow - 2012 has gone so fast!

Was originally going to get a shot of all the lights of the city from the balcony, but decided on this shot in long exposure instead, as the others were slightly blurred, and this effect looked interesting :)
