Too much to choose from today - idyllic all day and actually properly hot.  I even sat in the shade on purpose for a few minutes. 

I'm not totally certain,but quite confident that my swim at Sannox was my first ever in the sea in Scotland. 

Had the bike on the roof, so jumped out of the car at the top of the giant hill on the String Road.  I felt a bit guilty as I flew down past the cyclists struggling uphill, without having had to do the climb myself.
