disc hernia

I was at my friend’s home with a great view of Istanbul. Mosques and churches are in the same frame if you can recognize them. Istanbul looks like Lisbon but it is more magnificent. There is no city like Istanbul. A city I am trying to leave.
I had a disc hernia. According to the book by Luis Hay it is a sign for uncertainty and indecision. Should this problem let me overview my life? I hope it will.
