Higher and Higher

Another step forward today as I took on the Darren in Dare Valley Country Park, which is a bigger climb than anything I've done so far.  I was with my friend Rachel and her daughter Daisy, and it was a blooming great walk.  I felt great and didn't struggle, I'm amazed how well my legs are lasting.

It's a great country park and it was good to see so many people enjoying it.

Now settled down watching all the sport on TV.
