Mrs Blackbird .....

.... building her nest.
This was very entertaining as she pulled and tugged until she had the pieces of grass she needed for nest building. It seems she must have found her place in my tree , do hope it's still there when I get back.
So we're off to the Airport at 3.10am tomorrow .
I'm hoping to get a bit of shut eye before then.
Have just returned from having a roast lunch provided by The Rev / KJD
