Oh what a night...!

Some things can never be fully captured in a photo. The Leeds Castle Classical Summer Concert is one of those! The sight of so many thousands of happy people, the music, the emotion of the evening...just amazing! The weather was perfect too
I had to choose this photo from the many I took because it just about includes the castle, a truly beautiful place. This year the castle celebrates its 900th anniversary.

Gail came with me this year as D had a late invite to join a week’s sailing holiday on The Broads. And Lala and her friends and family had saved us wonderful “seats” so we had a terrific view. Very special to see Lala again.

It took a while to get out of the parking area but once on the road, our journey home was good.
