Unexpected Bonus...........

.............. at nearly 16.00hrs after a dreary, damp and somewhat dull day, my dining room suddenly turned pink and I thought "Hell - I'm going to miss it!" - no coat, jumped into the car with camera and drove madly to the nearest place where I know I can get a view with houses only in the distance. The sky was changing every minute - by the time I had taken 8 shots, the colour had almost gone! Phew!
(did you spot the two little lights in distant houses towards the left hand side of the picture?)

I shall watch the New Year in on TV - probably in bed - wait for Anni's non-failing phone call and wake up in 2013, so
HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone and may it be a more peaceful one throughout the world.

I would just like to thank you all for your wonderful comments, stars and hearts during the time I have been a Blipper - it has been an absolute joy to view your pictures and I so look forward to seeing many more in the coming year. So as another well known friend always says - keep 0n blipping!!!
