Misnamed ? or late....
Spring azure butterfly on viburnum. Today was a butterfly day - well spotted , not photographed mostly. A red admiral whizzed by twice, a cabbage butterfly and the viceroy went by once. Then there were 2 of these little beauties flitting around the viburnum.This one did not seem to mind being photographed. I realized that there are none of the usual flowers to lure them in my flower beds yet. The coneflowers spent June trying to die and are just recovering . The butterfly bushes are in the same shape though the larger one is setting flowers. Perhaps by August...
