Scribbler by Sooz

Noon walk to a beach on Puget Sound. Perfect day. I walloped Sooz at Scrabble. Visit from her cousin Jane. Dinner at Johnny’s Dock with a bunch of friends listening to a band doing Beatles and Eric Clapton covers.

I keep telling Sooz I love her house so much that I’m moving in. I think she’s getting nervous. Two more days of heaven, and then I get on the train back to Portland.
