Morning Glory Plume Moth

If I had seen this insect in nature I would have not noticed it; except for those four legs, it looks like a T-shaped stick. I finally found the ID and a photo with its wings open; it has wispy wings that come out of it's cross bar extensions. 

This photo seems to work for Silly Saturday because you should have seen me looking closely at it.....studying it....nudging it to see if it was alive....getting a couple inches away for the photo.....it is a rather small moth, on the siding of the house, by the front door.  I wondered out loud, "how does it fly?" then, "I think the wings come out of the vertical part of the insect". Of course, I was wrong.
