Out on the bikes again

An interesting circuit around Hardendale and Crosby Ravensworth Fell, including a coffee stop at Shap Wells Hotel and time to watch the red squirrels there.
The extra shows the stage at the Coro in Ulverston set up for the Tumbling Tom ceilidh band, plus horn section (trumpet and my alto sax) as part of the Furness Tradition Folk Festival.
